Are there any fees to participate?
There are never any fees to participate in our Hero Home Discounts™ program. There is also no red tape, no fine print, and no catches!
Do I have to use all preferred service providers in order to receive my Hero Home Discounts™?
No, you don't have to use all of the preferred service providers in order to receive discounts. You can use one preferred service provider or many service providers... whatever you decide. Hero Home Discounts™ are “stackable” and are tied to the services provided, so the more preferred providers you use the more savings you will be eligible to receive. However, in order to receive discounts, you must work with at least one preferred member that provides them.
What if I am already working with an agent or lender?
If you are currently represented by a real estate agent or lender, it is not our intent for you to break that agreement. However, you will only receive Hero Home Discounts™ from participating agents, lenders, and service providers.
When will I be contacted by a Hero Homes Discounts™ specialist?
After you sign up, our affiliated partners will contact you within 24 hours. If you do not hear from them within that timeframe, please try calling them at the number provided on this page.
How much will I save by working with Hero Home Discounts™ preferred service providers?
Hero Home Discounts™ rebates and discounts will vary depending on combination of home price, mortgage amount, policy amount, etc., and number of participating service providers.
